• You will not misuse our products or website for unlawful purposes.

We do our best to ensure that all product images and descriptions are accurate. However:

Payment is required at checkout via our secure payment partners (Paystack).

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location and courier service.

Once an order has been shipped, we'll provide tracking information where possible.

Chichi Luxe Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (beauty and personal care), returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

• Wigs must be unworn and unaltered.
• Skincare items cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
